Fast Assessments
We call it a ‘meet and greet’. You need to meet us face to face and we want to meet you or your loved one. We will visit you, either in your home, hospital or care home. We do this within 24 hours of calling us, to ensure that you have the support from us, from the very beginning of your care journey.
Understanding
Beginning the care journey maybe daunting and can be a minefield for funding, and how this all works. Our experience, knowledge and passion, means we can hold your hand through the process. Complex care is one of our specialities, so don’t let any situation, put you off calling us. We are always happy to help.
Honest & Reliable
We will always be honest with you and we are reliable. We provide care 52 weeks of the year 7 days a week and are available for emergency calls 24 hours a day. You will never be alone or left without care. We work as part of your family to ensure that you continue to lead a full and contented life in your own home.
