Arrange a meeting

Meeting face-to-face is so important, our meetings carry no-obligation. They are a chance for you to get to know us, to ask as many questions as you wish.
A chance for us to find out more about you and how we can help you stay in your home.


After your meet and greet, we invite you and any relatives or friends, involved in your care to a ‘teams’ onboarding meeting. This meeting is typically, with our Registered Manager and your appointed Care Co-ordinator. We go through the paperwork, finalise and agree the proposal and confirm the commencement date for your care journey.

Your Care Plan

Your Care Co-ordinator will facilitate the organisation of your care plan and any additional services that have been booked. They will ensure that everything is set up as expected and will bring in your live-in carer, complete risk assessments, finalise your care plan and make sure that you are happy.

We are always with you

24 hours a day 7 days a week, you will have care and the support of our on-call service. You have your dedicated Care Co-ordinator available to you during office hours, and members of the Ranger Home Care Team at other times. We promise to do spot checks, reviews and handovers. We monitor your care journey to make sure you are happy. After all there is no place like home.
