How it works

Find out what to expect from the moment you contact us

Meet & Greet

This is a no-obligation meeting. It is a chance for you to get to know us, and for us to find out more about you. It’s also an opportunity to see if live-in care is right for you and to ensure we can meet your needs.

Paperwork

If you decide you want us to share your care journey there are some formalities to go through such as compiling your care plan and agreeing to the terms of business.

Your Care Plan

Once a start date is confirmed, we find a suitable carer and set up a conference call for you to meet.
An initial invoice will be sent, and payment should be made by direct debit before your care begins.

Settling In & Support

We will always visit at the start of care to make sure everything is going well and to introduce you to your live-in carer. We will visit and do spot checks regularly, and we are on hand, 24 hours a day 7 days a week to support you.
